The All District Middle School Battle of the Books will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 4:00 to 5:15 in the Commons at Houck Middle School. Please come and cheer our team on.
Houck's team members are Brandon Ayala, Mikhail Finley, Ben Barker, Jessica Loera and Eleezia Vailuu.

The movie "Bully" will be shown at the Grand Theatre, 191 High Street NE in Salem on Tuesday, May 7, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. The movie is free, but please note it is rated PG-13.
The film will be hosted by Dave Johnson, a 1992 Olympic Decathlon Bronze Medalist and 2005 Oregon Hall of Fame honoree.

The dance and out of dress code day will be a fundraiser cosponsored by Parent Club, Student Leadership, and our AWESOME CSOC Amy Solis. The money earned will go towards the 8th grade end of year dance.
Students can order one of the below wrist bands:
